Nursing in The James Ambulatory Clinics
The James ambulatory clinics are situated on the first and second floor of the hospital. There is also a satellite clinic several miles north of the hospital, JamesCare in Dublin, and another clinic at University Hospital East. JamesCare in Dublin is a breast health center and has the latest in diagnostic technology to provide patients timely diagnosis and treatment. Each clinic is staffed with registered nurses and clerical associates. The second floor clinic also houses the chemotherapy infusion center for ambulatory patients receiving chemotherapy. The first floor clinic is primarily for surgical oncology patients. The clinics normally operate Monday through Friday and the chemotherapy infusion center operates 7 days per week.
