Bus passes can be purchased at the Scarlet Ribbon Gift Shop in the Rhodes Hall lobby. For information about COTA's bus scheduled with stops near The James, go to www.cota.com, click on "Schedules," and select the "07 Neil Avenue" route.
Long-Term Parking Discounts for Patient & Visitor Garages
Reduced rate parking is available for patients and visitors parking in the 12th Avenue or Hospitals garages for more than four hours. The reduced rate parking pass will allow you to park in the garage up to 24 consecutive hours for a $5 flat rate. If your vehicle is parked in the garage over 24 hours you will be charged an additional $5 for every 24 hour stay. You must use a new pass each time you exit the garage. To pick up the reduced rate pass, visit any Hospital Information Desk. After hours, vist the Rhodes Hall Information Desk.
Parking Garages
The 12th Avenue Parking Garage is closest to The James and has a bridge walkway from the third floor of the garage to the first-floor connectors to The James and University Hospital. A Park & Ride van is available for transport to and from OSU Medical Center garages. Maps of the Medical Center, including parking facilities, are available at the information desks.
Park & Ride
Park & Ride, the Medical Center’s shuttle bus, transports patients and visitors between the parking garages, all of the Medical Center buildings, and area hotels. Special telephones allow you to call Park & Ride at the Medical Center main entrances and in parking garages. Park & Ride can be reached at (614) 293-8669.

Valet Parking for The James has been temporarily moved to the front of Rhodes Hall due to construction.
